Job Title: National Manager *

  • Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10-12 years
Salary: upto 30 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role will be supporting Vice President – Business Development to drive business development initiatives across the target segments
  • The individual will be responsible to
  • Identify the prospects across NBFCs, Banks & Affinity
  • Segregate the prospects basis their customer base and ability to influence them and target accordingly
  • Pro-actively approach & establish contact with key stakeholder at prospective partner
  • Organize initial level meetings to help the key stakeholders identify the overall value from the possible collaboration
  • Co-create the sales strategy by recommending the best fit products from the existing product suites which can address the business objective of partner
  • Prepare business plan and seek necessary sign offs on commercial arrangement from both the managements
  • Seek sign offs from both the legal teams to execute the distribution agreement and conclude the deal
  • Mutually agree the SLAs & SOPs and accordingly design & execute the Go To Market (GMT) plan
  • Actively engage teams at newly on-boarded partner and Go Live as per the GTM plan
  • Jointly drive the sales for first 90 days and handover the partnership to relationship team to drive initiatives

Desired Profile : –

  • Business Development professional with 10 – 12 years of experience in Insurance or Financial Services industry
  • Excellent industry connect and expertise for building strategic alliances & partnerships for health products
  • Diligent, Dynamic and Result oriented candidate with good communication skills
  • Hunger and acumen to achieve higher goals
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, liaison & relationship skills
  • Strong convincing power and out of the box thinking
  • Ability to build & maintain long standing relations with stakeholders & key decision makers to strategically secure profitable business
  • Planning, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Qualification – MBA from an institute of high repute
  • Candidates from Insurance / Healthcare industry are preferred
