Chief Marketing Officer/ SVP – Marketing for a premium client of Corporate Galaxy
Our client is a Financial Services conglomerate providing end-to-end financial services to its clients. It offers the entire gamut of services catering to retail investors, domestic institutions & foreign institutional investors. Starting as a trading house it is now a dynamic and diversified business group. The company provides expertise in Broking Services, Financial Services, Non-Banking Financial Services, Gold Refining, and Realty & Infrastructure.
The Chief Marketing Officer/ SVP – Marketing will be responsible for leading the conceptualization and implementation of all the marketing and branding initiatives for the group. The CMO shall :
♦ Work with Business Heads for developing the communication strategy for the group including that of the group companies and the product and service lines.
♦Plan company specific Annual Marketing & Communication Calendar incorporating various possible campaigns basis industry trends, events, and other relevant factors.
♦Developing the brand – to ensure our staff, customers and digital profile across all stakeholders consistently reflect our values and proposition.
♦Strategize, develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing programs. Draw out an annual calendar of multi-media marketing activities within the budget framework to meet business goals.
♦Lead the overall digital strategy on ground activation – activity planning & execution, innovation, media planning across all digital platforms
♦Develop marketing/media-mix of campaigns and innovative contact paths for reaching out to consumers closely working with media teams
♦Work with the business leaders on driving our PR activities- to raise further our profile with our key target audiences
♦Drive the reach & quality of corporate communication to create better awareness of performance, vision & strategies
♦Understand & Segment the potential customer base for each segment and develop customized marketing opportunities
♦Research the sector, market trends, customer attitudes, competitors and bench marking best practices. Continue to -develop and train in new technologies, social media and latest thinking at each segment/vertical level and at organization level.
♦Automate relevant marketing initiatives/campaigns relevant data-based tracking for every campaign/marketing Customer Engagement
♦Orchestrating internal and external communications through multiple channels and successfully achieving desired impact
♦Actively generating customer insights to ensure business decisions are taken in view of customer expectations

Skills and Qualification required:
The ideal candidate shall be a Post Graduate/MBA with 15- 20 years of experience with Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Ability to undertake brand audits, review competitors, study consumer profiles, behaviors and mindsets.
