Profile

VP B2B Sales will recruit, lead and continuously train a team of 60 school sales representatives within 9 months to:

 Create an entire B2B2C school channel for a cutting ed-tech platform with blockbuster in-market results and outstanding school adoption.

Job Skills

 Extensive School Contacts/School Sales Experience : 10-20 years of experience as national lead of school channel for a major school vendor.

 Leadership: Recruit, Create and Lead Team.

 Aggressive: “Take no prisoners” approach. The founder is extremely driven and aggressive, and sales lead should have the same all-consuming drive.

 Systems Thinking: Create strong processes and systems to build a rocket-ship.

 Flexibility: Work weekends as needed as sales peak on weekends.

 Multi-Dimensional, Growth Hacker; Skill Set with strong sense of ownership for work.
